Terms and Conditions

Returns:

You have the freedom to return the product if the item is defective or not accurate as you ordered. For the return, your item should be unused and in the condition that you got it. Your item needs to have a receipt or confirmation of purchase.

Refunds:

According to our company policy, you need to share the proof of damage within 3 hours of receiving those items, and once we receive your item, we will assess it and notify you that we have received your returned item.

If your return item is approved, we will require 4-5 working days to settle these claims & we will compensate you in the form of a discount coupon as per the actual damage and exchange the product.

Shipping Cost:

You will be responsible for paying for your own delivery cost for returning your item. There are no shipping refunds or compensations available in any case.

Amendments of the Terms and Condition:

We reserve the right to amend these Terms without any intimation now and then. However, any such amendment shall be effective once the revised terms have been updated on the site.
