You will be provided with a tracking number to your email address provided once your order is dispatched.
You will receive your package within 2-4 business days at maximum. However, most of the orders will be delivered the next day.
We take the best possible measures to pack your order in a very secure way, but since some makeup and skincare products are very delicate so it can happen, in such cases, you need to share the proof of damage within 3 hours of receiving those items, and we will require 4-5 working days & we will compensate you in the form of a discount coupon as per the actual damage and exchange the product.
Keep the products out of direct sunlight (Sunlight will accelerate the aging of a product by heating it, which breaks down active ingredients). It’s best to store the makeup and skincare products at room temperature.
